Responsibilities:
1.)Generate Revenues from New and existing Customers.
- Manage and develop business relationships with new and existing customers with a focus on revenue growth and proactive development of mutually beneficial opportunities within the customer base
2.)Follow Strategy.
- Developing and implementing strategies which will deliver growth targets in line with the Timoney objectives.
3.)Develop the process to bring Timoney to the customer.
- Understand the supply chain, decision making unit and identify opportunities that bring customer competitive advantage from Timoney products and solutions.
4.)Deepen Timoney linkage to customer Base
- Access existing and new customers evolving needs, to grow this business into new parts of the customer’s organisation with new solutions and products which are commercially beneficial to Timoney.
5.)Report to Timoney the relevant customer feedback to promote customer awareness.
- Provide detailed monthly client feedback to support the ongoing improvement of the client commercial relationship
6.)Monthly Management Reports
Relate market feedback monthly to senior management
7.)Create awareness with other departments of customer needs
Generate and champion leads with other departments to expand commercial revenue
Person profile
Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on quality and business profit. A natural forward planner who can critically assess commercial opportunities. Mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with senior company executives. Strong negotiation and deal closing skills. Ability to understand technical issues and how they impact commercially. Knowledge of contracts and IP related issues. Keen for new experience, responsibility and accountability. Able to get on with others and be a team-player.
Note: As our customers are abroad there will be a considerable amount of international travel
